In partnership with Datalase, an innovation in packaging personalization and customization at the POS was nearing completion and the objective of this campaign was to target coffee houses that might consider participating in a live trial. This mailer included a video that would play upon opening and include samples of pre-printed personalized coffee cups.

The innovation was supported by primary and secondary consumer research confirming the consumer trend and preference for personalization and customization at the POS.
